Terms of Use
Effective: October 28, 2026. Summary of the notice shown in the app; if they differ, the in-app text prevails.
- Purpose. Vaca Cheia is a tool to organize splits among people who know each other. It is not a payment method, bank, loan, or public fundraising service.
- No custody of money. The app does not receive, hold, split, retain, or intermediate funds. Payments happen outside the app, directly between participants and organizer (e.g. Pix).
- Payment declarations. When a participant marks paid, that is informational. Only the organizer confirms. The app does not guarantee payment or replace bank receipts.
- Misuse. You may not use the app for scams, misleading fundraising, treating strangers like an open platform, or illegal activity. Organizers and payers are responsible.
- Organizer. The organizer must know participants, explain the purpose, and verify payments in the bank.
- Age. Restricted to 18 years or older, with self-declaration in the app (not ID verification).
- Data. Nicknames, amounts, Pix, settings, and local reminders stay on device in this version. See the Privacy Policy.
- Disclaimer. Apple Inc., the store platform, and the app owner are not parties to your split, do not guarantee payments, and do not resolve disputes between users. Apple is not a party to these terms.
- Acceptance. By continuing after the initial notice, you declare you read, understand, and agree.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date will change. Brazilian law applies where relevant.
